Characteristics High opacity, soft, smooth, nonstick, elastic, washable and friction resistance.

Printing 80 – 100 mesh (30T – 40T)

Hi-Elastic White Paste 655

Applications Cotton, knitwear

Characteristics High opacity, strong adhesion and brightness, extra soft, smooth, nonstick, washable, friction and tension resistance.

Printing 80 – 100 mesh (30T – 40T)

Puff Paste 666, 6666

Applications Cotton, linen, silk fabric, Braille publishing, front cover decorations, handicrafts and artworks

Characteristics Evenly puffed, soft and strong stereo-feel.

Printing 100 mesh (40T)

Curing Air dry at room temperature in 3 – 4 hours. Forced dry below 70℃ while necessary. Ideal puffing at 130 – 140℃ with different duration depends on fabrics. Mix appropriate amount of 6000 for higher puffing temperature.

Hi-Elastic Clear Paste 6000, 600

Applications Widely applicable to cotton, linen, silk fabric, etc

Characteristics High transparency, high gloss and brightness, washable, friction and tension resistance.

Printing 100 mesh (40T), include appropriate amount of colorants for particular requirements.

Applications Dark cotton and knitwear

Characteristics Soft and smooth, excellent firm, high gloss and brightness, tension resistance, color-rich on dark fabrics.

Printing Include appropriate amount of colorants for particular requirements then print directly on the fabrics.

Curing 150℃ in 3 minutes

Metallic Clear Paste JM-50

Applications Textile printings with gold or silver pigments

Characteristics Present the flashy metallic effect, long durations from oxidations, soft and smooth, washable and friction resistance.

Printing Include 15% of metallic pigments into 85% of JM-50 and mix well.

Curing 150℃ in 3 minutes

Pearlescent Paste JM-55

Applications Widely applicable to cotton, linen, fabric, etc

Characteristics Soft and smooth, washable and tension resistance. Increase the gloss and color-rich by including transparency pigments. Metallic-free for toy and packaging industries.

Applications As a media and thickener in kerosene or aqueous pastes.
Apply 0.5% – 1.5% by weight.

Fixing Agent M-70

Applications Apply 2% – 3% by weight during insufficient binding in large area and dark colors printing to improve the color firmness.

Softener SE

Applications Exclusively for decal coatings providing extra soft feel, firmness and color-rich properties.

Thickener HEF

Applications The synthetic acrylic base especially formulated for low-solvent or solvent-free decal coatings. Rapid dissolution and expansion in water to its low viscosity. Apply 2% – 4% by weight. Forced dry at 150℃ in 5 minutes or 160℃ in 3 minutes to excellent firmness.

Thickener PTF

Applications An easy-pour disperser by acrylic polymers. Its highly water dissolvable properties resulting high viscosity paste for decal coatings. The anionic feature has proven its sole application in aqueous decal coatings.
