Connect the spark arrester with the exhausting pipe end. Fastening the clip which is at the joint, the installation is for long term. Right side handle adjust the inside turbine blade. While pushing downward the handle, the inside turbine blade closes, the spark is stopped. While the vehicle go away from the place, pls pull upward, the turbine blade is open, there's no influence with the exhausting. This type is suitable for vehicles of long time working in flammable or explosive area. It is also fit for the electrical equipments, steam engines, internal combustion engines, buildings etc. We have ready-made mould to produce the sizes upto 150mm to 300mm as per requirements of this tipe. It is made of Q235 cold rolled steel plate, surface is with heat resistance paint or chromeplating. Below exhausting tempreture 600C, there's no burst and sealing-off on the surface.
