    In 2012, we developed the integration of medium frequency transformer, electrode holder and take the lead in research and development out of intermediate frequency hanging spot welding machine.

   Materia is CuCrZr.They have very high strength & conductivity .We make sure their perfomance in spot wellding for we're a manufacture of spot welding guns.

1.      Gun body shall be made of excellent copper, adopted high strength shot blasting technology; Electrode, electrode cap and arm shall be constructed of cold extruded Chromium Zirconium copper. The surface of castings shall be smooth without defects of burr, sand-slag and gas-hole.

2.      The concentric error of two electrodes of welding gun shall be±0.3mm and deflection of gun arm shall be less than 1:100 at 0.7Mpa pressure.

3.      When the electrodes are opened, the resistance between upper and downward electrodes shall be more than 3MΩ.

4.      There shall be no gas leakage under 0.8Mpa of air system.

5.      The cooling system shall no water leakage at 0.6Mpa pressure.

6.      The cooling water flow shall be unblocked and not less than 6L/min, at inlet water pressure of 0.25Mpa and 0.1Mpa return water pressure.

7.      The connector of water and gas pipe is made of excellent copper with high strength.

8.      For 100 times continuous spot welding (current: 10000A, weld duration: 0.2s), the temperature of gun arm and cylinder increase not more than 20 K; it shows good cooling performance.

9.      Under AC sine-wave voltage 1500V for 2 minute, there is no flashover and breakdown between electrodes.

10.  The handle switch is OMRON from Japan. The pushbutton shall be operated agilely; during its continuous pushing, the block shall not occur.

11.  Welding gun shall be controlled in strict accordance with international standards ISO9001 quality system. As for no GB & QB, we firstly put our enterprise Standard: Q/YZH 01-2003 <ZH.C Type, X type Pneumatic resistance spot welding gun>.
