MAYASTAR Non-shuttle quilting machine is mainly used for sewing high quality mattress of sponge material with the thickness of 50mm at max. Quilt covers, beddings and household ornaments with the thickness≤50mm. The very thick Mattresses and beddings can be quilt only by Shuttle free quilting machine. Different patterns are available.

The bottom thread is non-shuttle cone type thread, suitable for non-stop continuous sewing. High speed working, the speed can be 900-1000rpm max. This model machine can make 360°intricated patterns sewing: including blind stitch sewing and jump stitch sewing with automatic top thread trimming.

●Adjustable material pre-compression roller is to ease the quilting of thick padding and spreading the top fabric to prevent the pucker.
●Upper material feeding tray is equipped with adjustable brake that can stably and precisely control the tension of top layer materials of any kind fabric, independent of the roller diameter.
