Paper gypsum board production line is the equipment which produces new building materials------paper gypsum board .Its production process is:ripe gypsum,water and all kinds of ingredients that automatically precision measurement,by the continuous,automatic transmission system into the mixture,stir mixture into a homogeneous slurry spread to the continuous movement forward in the gypsum board surface of the paper,in advance process,after shock,the slurry was complete encapsulation of paper from top to bottom,and squeezed into the very rules slab,the slab continuous production line in the strict control of the speed and stability to continue to move forward gradually formed a certain intensity,and shape the rules of wet gypsum board,the cut precision control system set by the precise cut into veneer.Veneer orderd by the control system topology,turning it over into the dryer.The drying temperature is strictly controlled,the board absorbed water lost to evaporation.Plate from the dryer,and advance the process of gradually cooling down the production line.After turns hostile every two stiff surface to fold once more gathers,saws after the reason the board both sides shuts off the regular size,transmits to the automatic hay stacker,piles up the end product warehousing.This production line mainly by three major part is composed,namely:Material room,heating system,integral unit.
