I. Use and Features

Use:

The hydraulic rockerarm cutting machine is applicable for cutting non-metal materials such as small toys, ornaments, leather bag accessories, candies etc. by small-size die cutter components.
Features:

1. The flexible rotation of swing arm ensures convenient operation and easy material selection.
2. The column is made of quality seamless steel pipe, and has upper and lower holes as support to ensure flexible rotation and high reliability of the striking plate.
3. The switch is designed to be operated using both hands to ensure safety of the operator.
4. The position of the swing arm is controlled by the hand wheel on the upper end of the machine. The cutting travel is controlled by the timer, so it is easy to obtain the best cutting position, thus increasing work efficiency and prolonging the service life of the die cutter and mat.

5. The machine is equipped with an automatic oil supply lubricating system to lessen wear and prolong service life.

6. The electronic delay circuit is adopted to control the lower limit position of travel with high precision to improve shoe making quality. The hand wheel is used to adjust the height between the swing arm and the operating platform, which is simple, reliable and easy to operate.
