1.Jaw Crusher is one of the main types of primary crushers in a mine or ore crushing process plant and also is one of the most widely used crushing equipments in mining industry. This series of jaw crusher can reach the crushing ratio of 4-6 and the shape of final product is even. Because it is primary crusher, Jaw crusher is designed for long life service with minimum maintenance for hard, tough, abrasive material and overload high capacity
2.They are widely applied in the areas of mining, smelting, building material, road, railway, metallurgical,hydraulic, chemical industry, etc.It is application for various materials with compression resistance less than 350mpa.
3.PE/PEX Series Jaw Crusher has the features of high crushing and even product size ratio. It can be used to crush material, whose compression strength is not more than 320Mpa.PE Series is used in primary crushing, while PEX series is used in secondary crushing and fine crushing.
Jaw Crusher Working Principle
The motor of jaw crusher transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when moving jaw moves . So the moving jaw moves towards the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.PE Jaw crusher structure:
