3、Structure and working principle
Concrete vibration table consists mainly of platform chassis, vibrator spring components, mesa and chassis were welded with steel plate and steel, vibration table is the same motor plus a pair of eccentric composition. And through a pair of pylon coupling installed on mesa (reverse) center position, plays a vibration compaction process smoothly and vertical direction function.
4、Installation and maintenance
1) Vibration table before installation, you should lay the foundation, laying the foundation when you press on the plane according to the level of the bottom beam find a good mounting bolts bolt hole buried, and then install, installation, mounting bolts must be tight.
2) Vibration table test installation ends, before driving 3-5 minutes after parking, check all the fastening bolts, if loose to be tightened before use.
3) Vibration table cloth tap process, the concrete products shall be securely fastening the vibration table, the products required to tap with the table placed symmetrically, so that load balancing, tap products, fastening device users to design their own needs preparation.
4) Vibrator bearings should be inspected regularly, and take apart and wash regularly, change oil, make bearing keep good lubrication , to extend the life of the vibrator.
5) Vibration table should have a reliable ground wire, to ensure safety.
