Shipping Information

• We declare that the samples will be ship out within three days after receiving the payment.
• We can supply the UPS, DHL, EMS, TNT service for shipping choice; we will calculate the best price and speed for clients’ maximum benefit.
• We pay the insurance at our side for every sample shipment and take the package photo for your record when we ship.
• To avoid your high order tax fee upon import, we will declare small sample order as a sample with no commercial use and made in china. 

Warranty  

• We provide 1 year warranty for all the samples and orders.
• Please kindly make us informed within 3 days if unit is defective and dispatch to us with the original packing, we will return a totally new one.
