Characteristics and purposes:

1. Excellent energy-saving effect: Calculation is done according to the WZII1000 type. Users can save about 3500 tons of vapor, 9 tons of water and 80000 kwh of power per annum, compared with the WZ1000 typeSingle-effect external cycling type evaporator.

2. The concentrator features a combination of external heating recycling and vacuum negative pressure evaporation, with rapid evaporation speed and great concentration ratio. Foamless concentration of feed liquid can be realized inside the sealed tank, by which the liquid medicine is concentrated with no contamination and strong taste of drug. Besides, it is easy to clean the vessel (All you need to do is to open the top head of the heater).

3. A double-effect simultaneous evaporation system is adopted for this concentrator. And secondary steam can be utilized fully. All these benefits result in great energy conservation, which can be best represented by a 50 percent deduction of the energy consumption compared with those single-effect concentrators.

4. All the parts in contact with media are made of high-quality stainless steel, which meets the GMP standard. The heater and the evaporator of this device are all equipped with insulating layers using the stainless steel plate, which makes the whole equipment to be laid out reasonably and beautifully from the outside appearance. And an automatic condensed water outlet system can also be equipped as requested by our customers if necessary.
