Acetylene carbon black is produced with high pure acetylene, which made from calcium carbide method,

Acetylene carbon black is made by the controlled combustion of acetylene in air under pressure.

 It is characterized by the highest degree of aggregation and crystallization orientation when compared with all types of carbon black.

It has high iodine absorption, effective conductivity and steady chemical performance. It is not easy to react with acid, alkali and water and is an excellent raw material for battery, conductive rubber, plastic, cable, etc.

Because acetylene black is very loose micro powder with low apparent density, it usually need to condense package. Now mostly of this product in China is 50%condensed and 75% condensed.

Because of its fluffy appearance and large volume, a 40' full container can only packed with 9 tons goods.
