Boiler Feature: Single-drum, Natural Circulation, Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion, Intermediate Reheat, Bilateral Symmetry, Hanged and Supported on Steel Structure
Boiler consists of membrane wall furnace, two sets of steam-cooling cyclone separator and HRA covered by steam-cooling cage wall.
Total six feed points and three limestone feed openings are arranged. Platen heating surface is arranged in furnace. Bending water-wall tube form water-cooling air plenum, locate at the bottom of furnace. Under the air plenum, arrange ignition air chute, in which two under-bed ignitors are set up. Burners are equipped with HE ignitors. Four drop-slag pipes are positioned at the bottom of air plenum.
Two steam-cooling cyclone separators locate between furnace and HRA. One J-valve is attached to each separator. HRA is divided by cage wall. In front gas pass, two groups of LT reheater are arranged. In rear gas pass, HT superheater, LT superheater are arranged from top to bottom. At lower part of HRA, the front and rear gas passes are combined. In this part, spiral-fin-tube type economizer and horizontal air preheater are arranged. The air preheater is bare tube type, two-inlet and two-outlet along with boiler width direction. Two-stage water-spray attemperator is used in superheater circuit, emergency water-spray attemperator and tiny-spray attemperator are used in reheater circuit.
