Product Description
l Suitable for counting and filling any sizes and shapes of tablets, Hard capsules, caplets, soft gels and transparent products into containers .
l Enclosed double counting discs and dual 2 nozzles are built inside of the transparent enclosure panel –this Compact design prevents products pollution from outer atmosphere .
l All product contact parts are made of SUS 304 or SUS 316 (optional) or FDA approved stainless steel materials .
l Bottles are positioned and changed by air cylinder to ensure accuracy positioning prior to filling to avoid spillage.
l Accurate counting system, No bottle—No fill!
l One conveyer for bottles transmission with speed variator .
l Easy to dismantle with a minimum amount parts for clean up .
l Compatible design allows for attaching a capping machine ,a labeling machine and a cartooning machine to become a line-up production.
