Saint Firstman’s calcium silicate wool is a molded, high temperature, abuse-resistant pipe and block insulation with exceptional structural strength, composed of hydrous calcium Silicate for use on systems operating up to 650℃ and 1000℃.
Features
1. High strength: the strongest one among the inorganic thermal insulation materials with the similar density.
2. Thermal-resistance: non-deformation at the temperature used.
3. Thermal insulation: lower thermal conductivity than other hard mass thermal insulation materials.
4. Asbestos-free.
5. Moisture resistance thermal insulation product is also used as waterproof material.
6. The surface can be coated with metal mesh (single side, double sides), fiber glass cloth (single side, double sides, six sides), fiberglass blanket (single side, double sides), or aluminum foil (single side, double sides).
Characterized by exceptional heat resistance, outstanding thermal insulation, very low bulk density, high specific strength, excellent durability and flexible construction, high temperature calcium silicate insulating can be widely used as energy-saving materials for almost all types of industrial furnaces.
