MADE is the dibasic acid ester mixture, also called DBE.Its main components are dimethyl succinate,dimethyl glutarate,dimethyl adipate. It is non-toxic, colorless transparent liquid, With the light-fragrance of esters, It is a kind of biodegradable environmental protection and high-boiling point solvent( Universal paint solvent).

MADE are very stable in usually temperature and humidity,it has the typical characteristics of the ester functional groups,including saponification and hydrolysis.

Performance

1.Volatilization is slow at room temperature, with the temperature improving, the evaporation rate speeds up.

2.Wide boiling point and long process can help to adjust the solvent evaporation speed of whole system.

3.Having a good flow, It could improve the gloss and the hiding power of the paint,increase the flexibility of the film and adhesion,reduce the orange peel, pinhole, fish eyes, crater and other surface defects.

4.Miscible with most organic solvents and easy to adjust the formula.

5.For polyester resins, polyurethane resins, acrylic, alkyd resins, epoxy resin and so on, It has a good ability to dissolve.

6.Good stability,natural storage won’t generate oxidation and decomposition.

7.Performance of a high flash point and lower vapor pressure, safe to use.

MADE could substitute Isophorone,glycol ether acetate(CAC), butylcellosolve (anti-Whitewater), propylene glycol ether ester solvent, cyclohexanone, diacetone alcohol, cresol, and other solvents.
