Range of application

       Suitable for reactive in-situ compensation equipment of winding asynchronous machine with changing load torque in the industries including chemical industry, wood industry, sugar industry, iron and steel, metallurgy and mine and mine and so on. The applicable power of the asynchronous machine was 75~10000KW.

    Working principle and characteristics

It adopts micro-computer and AC-AC frequency conversion technology to produce a three-phase power supply with the same frequency, with the mutual deviation of phase of 90°and with the same amplitude value to the motor. It penetrates the rotor loop and changes the power factor on the rotor side and then change power factor on stator side to realize the reactive compensation.

Besides the functions of the common static phase advancer, it also adopts the ring locking control principle so as to automatically trace the change in load and automatically adjust the compensation according to the change in the load to make sure the compensation effect in best compensation stage in any load condition as always.

         Adopting advanced AC-AC frequency conversion technology and microelectronic control technology, with high reliability.

         Rising the power factor of the motor to 0.95~0.99 and reducing the reactive power over 60%.

         Reducing 10~20% of the stator current of the motor and reducing 20~30% of the line loss and copper loss.

         The temperature rise of the motor is obviously reduced, the efficiency and the overload capacity are greatly improved and the service life of the motor is prolonged.

       The compensation performance far exceeds the capacitance compensation; it improves not only the power factor of the circuit but also the one of the motor.

         The compensation performance in the operation condition of changing load far exceeds the common static phase advancer; adopting double-CPU for control and adjusting the related parameter according to the change in load to realize the dynamic compensation and make the power factor in optimal state as always
