The line consists of decoiler, sheet guiding equipment, roll forming section, cutter, supporter, hydraulic system, control system. The roller shutter which made by this machine have neat external appearance, even ripples, high utilization and strong strength.

Description:

We design the new model which can joint two shutters without traditional clips. This solution not only save the cost for buying a door accessory, but also speed up the door construction. It can be designed to produce any profile which according to customers’ requirements. Customers can select to add the in-line punching holes device or not. Whole production line is driven by hydraulic system and controlled by PLC with touch screen.

We are not only offer customers a wonderful machine for making, but also the abundant experience, precision making, stable automatic manufacture by hydraulic power, hi-tech control system, and our enthusiasm.

Thickness of Forming Sheet: 0.6 ~ 1.2 m/m.

Roll stands: 10 ~ 12sets of roll in SK2-hard chrome coated.
Attached with cooling equipment.
Complete with uncoiler, hydraulic cutting device and including run-out table.
This machine is controlled by computer system with touch screen.
