the load not the trolley to move it. The wheel adopts the PU material which has well 
compressive resistance. The max load means the max load can be put on the cargo trolley 
when it is motionless. The common load means that the load which the cargo trolley can 
bear while moving. If the wheel adopts alloy materials the common load is the max load.
