PPG Castable Polyurethane Prepolymer

l Application：It applies to make rods, caster wheel, rolls, sealing rings, screen plates and
 other polyurethane wares.

l Characteristics：The wares have good abrasive resistance, water resistance, fungus 
resistance and excellent mechanical property, regulating colors by adding 
pigment.

l Operating Points：After the prepolymer vacuum degassing in 80～85℃, blend with melted MOCA, vacuum degassing, pouring, vulcanization 
moulding. It suits for manual operating and mechanical casting. 

l Storage：Store in cool and dry place，If you can’t use it up at a time, filling nitrogen gas and then sealing it. The 
storage time of original packing is 6 month.

l Packing：20Kg/drum or 200Kg/drum
