Mechanical Properties: High rigidity and high tenacity
Resin Ingredient: DIC advanced benzene-----new pentamethylene glycol anti-ageing DTM-1 resin.
Fiber Intensity: Non-alkali, non-twist, non-glue fiberglass.
Surface Treatment: Surface application of Ashland anti-ageing glue (thickness 80 µm or so) and addition of Melinex301 film on upper and inferior surfaces
Reinforced Line: Tensile reinforced lines with longitudinal uniform distribution (it is optional, depending on each customer`s requirements)
Fiberglass: Adopting Taishan high- quality fiberglass, the content no less than 30%.
Unit Weight: 1800g/m² 2400g/m² 3050g/m²
Nominal Thickness: 1.2mm 1.5mm 2.0mm
Temperature resistance: -60℃ to +130℃
Light Transmittance: 75%±2% (jewelry blue) 53%±2% (milky white)
