Water soluble film
In order to meet the need of embroidery industry, we have developed a high-tech product which can dissolve in cold water quickly. The product can dissolve within 20s under normal temperature of 15℃ and completely dissolve within two minutes and no remnants or other harmful substances. So it is a good item for embroidery (lace).
The traditional high temperature water soluble paper can be dissolved above 70℃, and it will after fold easily after cooking in hot water. And some product will fade, time consuming, inaesthetic .
Water soluble film can be divided into three kinds according to its dissolving speed: fast dissolving film, generally-dissolving film and slow-dissolving film, the dissolving speed is decided by water temperature. Generally speaking, the thicker the film, the slower it dissolves. The higher the temperature, the faster it dissolves.
