Product Description

Silicone masterbatch LYSI-02 is our new product which dispersed in EVA with ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) silicone content. It overcomes the weakness of traditional silicone oil easily to screw slip. A small amount addition can improve the flow of the resin and processing properties. Now it is widely used to improve the lubricity and surface properties of plastic.
 
 

 

Applications:
(1)    LDPE/ATH.EVA/ATH halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin cable materials
(2)    EVA film
 
Use methods:
LYSI-02 mixed with it’s compatible resin at a certain proportion then molding or pelleting directly
 
Recommend dosage: addition level at 0.5%to 2%, can improve the product’s processing, liquidity and mold release. At a high level: 1% to 5% can improve the surface properties (smoothness, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance).
