Aluminum titanate  has higher melting point, lower thermal expansion coefficient and excellent heat-shock resistance .Besides that,aluminum titanate don’t infiltrate with the metal melt(especially the non-ferrous metals) and glass melt.
 Aluminum titanate can be widely used in the conditions of high-temperature resistance、heat-shock resistance and corrision resistance.Developed aluminum titanate riser tube, thermocouple sheaths , crucible and sprue bushing have been widely used in the area of non-ferrous metallurgy industry and other heat insulation
