Product Description

	Pyrophyllite is a phyllosilicate mineral species belonging to the clay family and composed of aluminium silicate hydroxide AlSi2O5OH. It occurs in two more or less distinct varieties, namely, as crystalline folia and as compact masses; distinct crystals are not known. Pyrophyllite occurs in phyllite and schistose rocks, often associated with kyanite, of which it is an alteration product. Product characteristics and uses: The linear expansion coefficient of our ur pyrophyllitea is small, in the absence of a certain pre-sintering temperature range (1050-1150 ) will produce linear expansion, the linear expansion can be offset embryo in the process of firing caused by other materials contraction, so the firing range of the Kang Da, ensure consistent product sizes. Pyrophyllite has good heat stability and expansion of small wetlands, to that end, can be used in the manufacture of accurate size, heat stability of a good product. Pyrophyllite is easily machineable and has excellent thermal stability. Therefore it is added to clay to reduce thermal expansion when firing but it has many other industry uses when combined with other compounds, such as in insecticide and for making bricks. Pyrophyllite is also widely used in high-pressure experiments, both as a gasket material and as a pressure-transmitting medium. TESTED REPORT SiO2: 72.43%, Al2O3: 21.13%, Fe2O3: 0.13%, TiO2: 0.10%, Na2O: 1.2%, CaO: 0.13%, K2O: 1.93%, MGO: 0.07%, LOSS: 2.86.
