Inconel625 process performance and requirements:

3, alloy welding performance is good, can use tungsten electrode under protective atmosphere or their alloys for add material in argon arc welding and brazing connection and resistance seam welding is also available.
4, surface treatment technology: to remove the surface scale alloy alkaline wash first, then the pin acid, hydrofluoric acid, acid in aqueous solution.
5, alloy cold when processing capacity is greater than 15%, while after the thermal annealing treatment.
