Diagonally braided from PTFE yarn impregnated with silicone oil and graphite. It is a high performance multi-yarn packing which combines the advantages of ramie fiber and graphite. This results in reduced shaft-wear and better thermal conductivity than standard ramie packings.

 

Application areas:

Multi-purpose packing for use with rotary- and piston-pumps with more solid particles.

 

Application media:

Cold and hot water, hydrous solutions containing solids, cellulose slurry, brine, oils, greases, etc.

 

Advantages:

It is flexible and resilient and installs easily. Low shaft wear.

Acids and high concentrated lyes, oxygen.
