Our new Cartridge Dispense System (CDS,P/N A21-904655) is a cost effective, low volume For manual bake applications, the SITE MBO-T (with timer)reduces labor costs, improves the quality of your research and/or increases product yield.
With the SITE MBO you can:

The operation of the MBO is simple.Enter the desired bake time on the digital timer, place the wafer on the lift pins, press Start and the pins lower the wafer onto the heater surface. At the end of the bake time, the lift pins automatically rise and the wafer can be removed.
Through the use of modern heater and controller technology, bake results are exceptional. The heater block includes a hard-anodized surface.
A vented cover (not shown in thepicture) can be connected to a facility exhaust line to collect fumes emitted during the bake process.
