TV set-top box pad printer

Structure

• Four-color ink tray: contains four independent ink trays, storing four different colors of ink, each ink tray has a corresponding scraper and adjustment device, the ink will be applied to the surface of the printing plate by the ink roller, and the scraper will scrape the ink outside the image area.

• Pneumatic shuttle device: composed of a cylinder and a shuttle platform. The cylinder provides power to move the shuttle platform on the guide column. The four-color shuttle pad printer has four stations, each station corresponds to a corresponding ink tray, and the shuttle platform switches between the four stations, which can achieve 1-2-3-4 color printing.

• Microcomputer operating components: mainly composed of a microcomputer controller, an operating panel and a display screen. The microcomputer controller processes various instructions, there are multiple buttons on the operating panel, and the display screen is used to display operating information and equipment status.

• Pad head assembly: The pad head is a signature component of the pad printer. It can continuously change positions between the printing plate and the workbench to perform the actions of inking and printing. Each pad head corresponds to an ink tray of a certain color, which continuously transfers the ink on the printing plate to the substrate.
