This production line has been designed and developed by ourselves and is used to produce plastic sheet. According to different customer’s requirement, it can produce PVC, PP, PE, PS, ABS or some other extrusion sheet. It has been widely used in fields of chemistry industry, food industry, anti-erosion industry, construction decoration, environmental protection equipment manufacturing industry. etc

The specially designed extruder guarantee highly stable  production across a very wide range of sheet applications.

Depending on the process task and the materials selected, inductive hardening provides excellent protection of the barrels against abrasion and corrosion.This series offers cost-effective solutions for virtually all applications and complies with the ever increasing requirements in terms of material quality and output rates.

The oil lubrication system, the temperature control units and the electrical control equipment are all integrated into the extruder base frame. Wiring and pipework for the ancillary equipment is all done in the factory and checked before delivery, thus substantially reducing commissioning times on site.
