This probe is intended to verify protection of persons against access to hazardous parts for an IP1 Code. Also used to verify protection from access with the back of the hand for an IP suffix A code.

2.Model ZLT-I02: Test Finger Probe

This is the “International” test finger required by most IEC61032 test probe B, EN and CSA Standards, in addition to many UL Standards. Built in strict accordance to the newest requirements with integral palm simulator. The handle and stop face are made of nylon.  Finger is made of stainless steel. All parts precision machined.

3.Model ZLT-I02A:Test Finger Probe

Conform to the IEC60335-1 clause 20.2. Means of a test probe that is similar to test probe B of IEC 61032 but having a circular stop face with a diameter of 50 mm, instead of the non-circular face.  

4.Model ZLT-I02B:Test Finger Probe With Discs

Conform to the IEC60335-2-14 clause 20.2. Means of a test probe that is similar to test probe B of IEC 61032 but having a circular stop face with a diameter of 125 mm instead of the non-circular face, the distance between the tip of the test finger and the stop face being 100 mm.

5.Model ZLT-I03: 2.5mm Test Rod

Used to verify the protection of persons against access to hazardous parts. Also used to verify the protection against access with a tool. Meets IEC61032 test probe C  and EN Standards, including IEC 60529 for IP3 and suffix C codes. The handle and stop face are made of nylon. The rod is made of hardened steel.

6.Model ZLT-I04: 1.0mm Test Wire

Used to verify the protection of persons against access with a wire. Meets IEC61032 test probe D and EN Standards including IEC 60529 for IP4 and suffix D codes. The handle and stop face are made of nylon. The wire is made of hardened steel.

7.Model ZLT-I05:Test Sphere Probe

This sphere is intended to verify the degree of protection of enclosures against ingress of solid foreign objects having a diameter of 50mm or greater.conforms to  IEC 60529 IP1 and IEC61032 test probe 1. Sphere is bearing steel.

8.Model ZLT-I06: Test Sphere Probe

This sphere is intended to verify the degree of protection of enclosures against ingress of solid foreign objects having a diameter of 12.5mm or greater.conforms to IEC60529 IP2 and IEC61032 test probe 2. Sphere is bearing steel. 

9.Model ZLT-I07: Rigid Finger Probe

A “rigid” version of the International Test Finger, Used for force applications on openings ,as required by IEC61032 Test probe 11, EN, UL and CSA Standards. Handle is made of nylon, rigid finger is made of stainless steel.

10.Model ZLT-I08: Long Test Pin Probe

This pin is used on appliances for verifying that there is no access to hazardous live parts of heating elements which could be touched accidentally by a tool (i.e. screwdriver). Meets IEC61032 Test probe12 & EN requirements. Handle is made of nylon, tip is hardened steel.

227.Model ZLT-P06:Flat Probe

This flat probe, 0,5 mm thick and 8 mm wide, with a rounded tip having a radius of 4 mm. It shall not be possible to touch live parts with this probe, when it is applied in any position with a force not exceeding 0,5 N, the chain being fitted with the lamps with which it is delivered. Conform to IEC60598-2-20 clause 20.11.2.
