KETRON ® PEEK family of materials PEEK resin-based material. This kind of advanced materials with excellent comprehensive performance, good mechanical properties, high temperature, excellent chemical resistance, making it the most common high-grade plastic.

Gas analyzer structure
NASA in the gas analyzer on the three main structural parts is to use KETRON ® PEEK-1000 manufactured, it has good resistance to chemical corrosion, high temperature resistance and superior resistance to high-energy radiation, to ensure long life and high reliability. There are two reasons for that is KETRON ® PEEK-1000 has excellent machining properties and dimensional stability.
Heat exchanger scraper
KETRON ® PEEK -1000 used to make food, daily necessities, and chemical industries in the heat exchanger scraper. Its high temperature mechanical strength and stiffness, wear resistance and chemical and hydrolysis resistance make it an ideal material for this area.
Cable guide roller sleeve bearings
In the wire drawing process, the guide roller slot in the work of Yin, and KETRON ® PEEK 1000 sleeve bearing made of steel ball bearings than with a greatly reduced cost advantages of longer life, which is based on its resistance to chemical corrosion, good wear resistance and high temperature high load capacity.
Pump Wear Ring
With KETRON ® PEEK-CA30-made pump wear rings, by allowing higher operating accuracy, eliminating corrosion, abrasion and wear problems and improve the operating efficiency of a centrifugal pump.
Important ︰
Above 150 ℃ (above the glass transition temperature), all KETRON ® PEEK-grade plastic mechanical properties decreased rapidly, while the linear thermal expansion coefficient increases rapidly. If the temperature in more than 150 ℃ the work load is large, choose Duratron ® PAI manufacture high temperature components.
