2. Length: There’s no limit on it, we can supply the tubes in any length, and no matter they are spiral bound or straight bound.

3.Raw Materials:
Carbon steel, tin plate, stainless steel, aluminum and alloys, such as Monel, Hastelloy, Inconell, Titanium.  

4. Finish:

● Precise rolling - Hold tight tolerances or improve appearance and against high external pressure;

● Plating - Prevent corrosion for mild steel/carbon steel;

● Degrease, sand grinding;

●Acid washing and passivation treatment; 

● Electropolish to the stainless steel tubes.

● Coated by PVC, epoxy and many others according to the requirements.

Purchasing Inspection → Perforating Inspection → Spiral Bound Welding Inspection → Straightness & Roundness Inspection → Cutting Inspection → Acid Washing & Passivation Treatment Inspection → Product Inspection
