4. Disc Granulator
It is one of common equipments in compound fertilizer industry. Generally, it is applicable to smaller scale fertilizer production of medium and low concentration. The slope degree of its disc can be adjusted from 40° to 55°.
 The disc revolves at a certain angle with the horizontal plane driven by the motor through reducer. The powder will rise along with the revolving disc under the friction between the powder and the disc; on the other hand, the powder will fall down under the function of gravity. At the same time, the powder is pushed to the disc edge because of the centrifugal force. The powder materials roll in a certain trace under the function of these three forces. It gradually becomes the required size, then overflow by the disc edge. It has the advantages of high granulating rate, homogeneous grain, high strength, easy to operate, convenient to maintain, etc.

5. Rotary Cylinder Dryer

Rotary Cylinder Dryer adopts the means of cylinder marginal transmission, flange connection, direct heat transfer. It is the main equipment in compound fertilizer production, and used for drying granulated fertilizer or raw material. It can make full use of the geothermal energy and get best drying results.

6. Rotary Cooler

Its structure is basically same with rotary dryer. Fertilizers entering from the inlet and cooling air entering from outlet join adversely. The fertilizers of low temperature will be discharged through outlet after transferring the heat to the cooling air. It adopts the design of countercurrent cooling and can decrease pollution and improves the working environment.

7. Rolling and Sieving Machine

It is the common used equipment in compound fertilizer production. It is mainly used to separate the finished products and return materials. It also can classify finished products. Combined screens are easy to maintain and replace. It has the advantages of simple structure, small size, easy to operate etc.

8. Rotary Enveloping Machine

It can evenly cover a layer of protection film on the surface of fertilizer granular to prevent the salt bridge effect and moisture. The internal structure of the machine has been specially designed according to the process requirements. It is one kind of effective machine special for fertilizer equipment.

9. Packing Machine

It is the packing machine specially manufactured for quantitative packing of the finished products (compound granular).
