Description:
The heater is mainly used in (1) plastic injection moulding machine, (2) the heating part of the machine head of hollow shaping machine, and (3) the heating system of extrusion machine. The operating temperature can reach up to 350℃. Its characteristic features include compactness in size, fast speed of heating, well designed in shape and excellent heat exchange capability. It is an indispensable heating element in the rubber and plastics industries worldwide. The maximum surface loading rate is 6.5 W/C㎡.

As any deviation of the diameter of mica heaters will cause troubles when installing, please accurately specify the following when ordering:
1. The diameter (mm) of heaters (band heater: inner diameter for external heating or external diameter for internal heating; square heater: length )
2. Width of heaters
3. Type, length and position of leads
4. The position and size of the hole for connecting thermocouple OR of the incision.
5. Voltage and power density
6. One piece OR two piece
7. Special gap between two pieces if applicable
8. Content of the laser stamping on the sheath of heaters if needed
9. Order quantity
10. Delivery date
