User Manual:
1. To unfold the charging stand and adjust the dial switch on the bottom of the stand, make sure the charging connector rotates above. Then connect iPad to the charging connector of the stand.
2. To connect one end of the USB cable to iPad original adapter, and connect the other end of the USB cable to the USB female seat on the back of the stand.  When the electricity is smoothly energized, the stand lights blue and it starts to charge for iPad.
3. If connect PC and iPad by using the matching USB cable through the stand, you can realize the data transmission between PC and iPad.
4. To adjust the dial switch on the bottom of the stand and make the charging connector rotats back( as the pic shows), at this time you can place iPad on the stand in vertical or horizontal way.
