600 kg welding positioners is used for the welding and cutting process of shaft, plate, barrel,pipes and other round workpieces welding.

1.Working table of welding positioner is made from casting by high-precision process, and not easy to be damaged by welding spatter. Carved with position lines on working table, and with six T-type grooves.

2.Rotation of work table adopts frequency stepless speed regulation. It has the advantages like wide speed range, stable operation etc.

3.Worktable adpot worm gear reducer to turn over in 90 degree. It has the features: big turnover torque, strong auto-locking function, reliable location.

4.The main body of welding positioner adopt blocking structure, which is stable and need not to be fixed on foundation.
