Product Description

TPU Tape S3 Series made from Japan NPU TPU 70A material. Very high elastic. Specially designed for top-grade knitted apparels.

Certificate: OEKO- TEX Standard 100 Test

Formula: 100% TPU + ? coarse grain +?% toughener + ?% softener + ?% bluish colorants

Process: extruded + shaped(1) + shaped(2) + proceeded in high temperature + formed + packed in bag

Appearance: High straight, natural stria, smooth ( grinding grainy bluish color)

Workability: Very easy to process, concavo-convex surface enhances the fixing effect when sewing, raises the efficiency of sewing, only be fit for sewing to dark colors of apparels

Elasticity: 1:3 extending, not out of shape

Steamed shrinkage: 3 - 5%

Application

1. Garment, Lingerie, underwear, bra, swimwear, knitted wears, sweater.
