Application scope: 
HVP series is widely used in purification of various kinds of insulating oil, especially the fine purification treatment of high-grade new oil, imported oil and super-voltage transformer oil. It can be used for onsite operation in over110kV transformers, especially even in high-latitude areas. HVP series also can be used as dehumidification equipment for a variety of electric facilities. And it is widely used for oil filling for transformers and circuit breakers under vacuum condition. It is suitable for high-efficiency purification process for other low-viscosity lubricating oils.

Characteristics:

1.       Double-stage, high vacuum pressure and high flow rate that help remove water, air, gases, solid particulates and other impurities from oil quickly and efficiently so as to improve the breakdown voltage of oil and maintain its insulating property. 

2.       Advanced dehydrating and degassing system that uses large area three-dimensional flash distillation technique to remove harmful composition in the oil, such as water, air and gases. 

3.       Precise fine multi-stage filtration helps remove mechanical impurities in oil; high-quality filter element is of corrosion proof, strong mechanical strength and wear resistance.
