Performance and Use:
The hydraulic spreader is mainly used by the tyre factory to reclaim(separate) the scrapped steel cords, the rubber and the steel wire in the bias belted scraps. You put the tyre fabrics in the hydraulic knife edge and the spreader can automatically scrape all the glue-line on the steel wire, the recovery rate is 985. It adopts the hydraulic system control.
It is simple to operate, efficient and very powerful. Each machine is operated by only one person. The semi-steel bias belted scrapes can reclaim 15Kg sizing material per hour, all-steel steel cords, the bias belted scraps can reclaim 30-50Kg sizing material per hour. It can save a vast amount of manpower and raw material. Orders are welcomed.
