The width of produced boards is 700mm-2100mm and the thickness is :2-12mm. Extruder: specific design of screw, advanced temperature control system, good plasticizing effect and high steady output. Changer: adoption of fast hydraulic changer system, quick and efficient changing process; duplex and leaktight structure for operation stability of changers. Mould: alloy steel material of good quality, high flexible throttling devices included, material flow equilibrium in the mould outlet; differential regulation in top-and-down mould outlet, thickness uniformity from top to bottom.
