The production line is for continuous production of the PC, PE, PP hollow grid plates. The products are widely used in architecture, advertising layout, road noise, sound insulation and packaging. PE, PP hollow grid sheet can replace carton boxes as packing boxes, and it is characteristic in light weight, high strength, moisture-free and non-corrosion. The width of produced boards is 700mm-2100mm and the thickness is :2-12mm. Extruder: specific design of screw, advanced temperature control system, good plasticizing effect and high steady output. Changer: adoption of fast hydraulic changer system, quick and efficient changing process; duplex and leaktight structure for operation stability of changers. Mould: alloy steel material of good quality, high flexible throttling devices included, material flow equilibrium in the mould outlet; differential regulation in top-and-down mould outlet, thickness uniformity from top to bottom.
