Low melting point fiber series
By means of special bicomponent spinning process, LOM consists of two components, I. E., polyester and low melting point co-polyester. It features a structure of sheath core and heat-bondable. With thermoplastic, self-adhesive properties and low melting point, it will be softened and melted into a certain kind of viscous fluid when heated to a certain temperature. After cooling it will be turned into solid. Low melting point heat-bondable polyester fiber is blended with normal polyester, nylon, wool and other fibers to produce nonwoven fabric, woven or knitted into heat-bondable fabric.
LOM 110S sheath core staple fiber, with melting point of 110 centigrade degree for sheath, 250 centigrade degree for core, is mainly applied in stuffing materials, spray-bonded cotton, hygiene materials, pad, bed cushion and car upholstery nonwoven.

LOM 110F and LOM 160F are heat-bondable polyester filament with melting point of 110 centigrade degree and 160 centigrade degree respectively. They are mostly used in heat binder of pants, heat-bondable lining cloth, air conditioner screen and high class printing screen.
