Machine parts:

LCD----Friendly LCD control panel in English, easy and convenience for operating. It has Start, Pause, Stop, Test, Datum, Laser, Menu, Stop bottoms. You can operate with this bottoms. For example, move the up&down woring table, cutting, engraving, outline and others.

Emergence stop can stop the machine immediately.

USB-----This is used for connect with U disk. You can edit the pictures on your computer, and then copy them to the U disk. Plug the U disk here, then the machine can do what you edit..

6515 control card-----Leading leetro controller is heart of the laser machine. Connect with computer with USB.

128MB, can hold so many largest projects.

After you download the project to 6515 controller, it can do all the work.

Air Pump-----It can cool the material when engave and cut. Blow the fragments of material slit. So the laser can cut more thicker.Blow the exhaust gas, then can protect the lens not duty and destroy.

Exhaust fan

1.     Romove the exhaust gas from the working area, because they are unhealthy and acrid.

2.     Blow the dust away, because if the dust on the lens and mirrors, will influence the effect the engraving and cutting.

It can also adsorb the light material, such as fabric, cloth. Just like vacuum.

Inside Lamb

Through the window, you can see what is happening of the machine inside. And the lamb can provide more bright light.

Laser power
The laser power are match with the laser tube, for examples, 80W laser tube needs 80W laser power, can’t use 100W.

Laser tube

1. 60W, 80W, 100W, 150W, 180W, according to the thickness you need to cut, then we will recommend the laser tube suit for you very much.

2. Laser tube have two kinds, normal ones (1500-3000hours); long life ones (8000 to 10000hours)

Up&down working table and Rotary clamp

The up&down working table and move 300mm. Engrave and cut more thickness materials.

Rotary clamp

With rotary clamp, you can engrave on cylinder material, such as bottoles.

Water chiller

Used for cooling the laser tube. The water chiller cooling effect is much better than water pump, can also long life the laser tube.

We tested with so many water chillers before, and found this one is good..

Castor Wheels and bottom footing

Every machine has four castor wheels and bottom footings.

Bottom footing, can make the machine more stable.
