Dual axis tracker system
Dual axis tracker system always tracks the sun both horizontally and vertically. It ensures the tracking system can catch more sun and produce more energy. Advantage:
1.Universal application
Dual axis tracker is DC motor for driving linear actuator, it can be used for both on-grid and off-grid application.

Over 40% increase on radiation reception from sun Comparing with fixed installation, with dual axis tracker increase additional over45% increase on relation reception from sun will be gained.
3.Independent control
For vertical rotation, each tracker system comes equipped with a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and liner actuator, which uses an astronomical program to control tracker movements. For azimuth rotation, we use a worm gear, by PLC and driven by electromotor rand planetary gear reducer.
4.Weather resistant
PLC drives PV modules following sun’s trajectory predicted based on Solar Position Arithmetic instead of light sensor so that cloudy weather will not impact on its tracking. And the tracker’s structure design can make the array move to horizontal protection position under the condition of huge wind via anemometer. This design can resist wind load at 40m/s.
5.Lower Maintenance
Detailed environmental test including climatic test, mechanical test and electrical test ensures long life operation under harsh condition. And the special design of driving parts makes whole system work well without maintenance for long time, which promise very lower maintenance cost. Due to lower assembly position of driving parts, the replacement of driving parts is very easy. Ten years guarantee on parts and manpower (refer to guarantee paper)
6.Inverter flexibility
It offers complete flexibility in your choice of inverters. Whether you wish to utilize a number of smaller inverters located on the tracker, or large centralized inverters, you have as many options as there are inverters.
7.Remote monitoring and control (Optional)
We have developed our proprietary remote monitoring and controlling system. It operators can not only monitor tracker’s operation status but also adjust trackers remotely, resulting in a significant reduction on maintenance cost. The monitoring system can also monitor energy output, if so configured.
