In order to satisfy market, we develop and design the PP melt blown filter cartridge production line.Adopting PP(polypropylene) material,it’s passed High-temperature melting,blowing ,traction,receiving and forming machine,cuting many kinds of tubular melt blown filter cartridge.it has many features like high precision of filting,high-flowing,light pressure difference,large capacity of holding dirt,small volume，high-Pressure resistance，resistant corrosion and so on.

The filter cartridge can be used widely，it can be used for Pure water manufacturing preprocessing, circulating cooling water, drinking water, water used in the laboratory, boiler water, injecting water in oilfield and chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, printing, paint, photographic studio, fuel, beer, beverages and so on,it also used to filt air purification

The order of this production line

The production line includs the following equipments:

First part: Air compressor (alternate using) 2 sets

Second part: Air tank 1 set

Third part: The oven for heating 1 set

Forth part: SJ-45 single screw extruder 2 sets

Fifth part: Mould 2 sets

Sixth part: Takein machine 1 set

Seventh part: Cutting machine 1 set

Output

The output is following if the length of filter is 10’’.the inside diameter is 28 mm, the outside diameter is 60mm,the weight is 115kg.

The output is 2200~2700 pcs/ day in summer,

The output is 2500~3200 pcs/ day in winter,

You will see the difference between the summer and winter, it’s the reason that the speed of abstracting heat in winter than in summer.
