we studied and developed this hose making machine's technology ourselves,  we provide turn key project, we provide materail ingredient , we help you install the machine and give your workers training .

1.this hose material  use waste tyre crusher powder addd plastic and some additives, after micro foaming , the hose wall appear un-seen micro hole. when the water pass through the hose, the water seepage from the hole under the gravity .

 2.parts of materail :

rubber 45-70% HDPE 18-48% LDPE3-8%RESIN0-5%wax 0.1-1%foaming agent 0.05-1%initiator 0.01-0.5%%forming agent1-5%color agent 0.1-0.3% 

 3.water pressure need :0.05~0.10mpa

4.water saving, less evaporation, only part soil wet from water.

5. no-damage soil structure,water come from hose wall very slow, soil absorb water itself from the micro hole, keep soil soft and wet.

6 .keep irrigation enviormental less humidity, avoid insect and plant disease.
