Briquetting machine is used to produce the green energy briquette with pillow or cubic shape which is suitable for transporting and also saving energy.

Operating Principle:

The type of briquetting machine has two larger rollers in a fixed position in the frame and the other two smaller rollers are moveable. Four Roller Double Pressing Briquetting machine can supply higher pressure and higher density during production of briquettes, so the briquettes are stronger and in higher density, also the surface is smoother.

Suitable materials for briquetting:

1. Color and black metallic mine powder

2. Coal powder, Coke powder, Lignite, etc,

3. Charcoal powder, fireproof materials, Desulphurization gypsum, Dolomite, etc.

4. Materials size required: less than 3mm

5. Moisture content: About 10%.
