I.General description:

 

1.1ZJ130 Glass drilling machine is a cold processing machine which is easy to drill holes on sheets of glass and is equipped with upper and lower drilling bit.

1.2An automatic cylinder drives the lower-drill bit while the upper bit is operated by manual.

1.3Holes of different sizes can be achieved with bits of different diameters.

The functions of each part as follows:

 

A: Glass pressing device--pressing the glass for drilling.

B: Upper drill-bit control device--for drilling glass manually.

C: Rotating speed adjustment and belt tension device--for the adjustment of upper and lower drill shaft speed and belt tension.

D: Electric control box & panelfor operating the machine.

E: Float working talefor supporting the larger glass.

F: Cooling system--offer cooling water for drill-bit. Meanwhile it offers the strength to support small piece of glass that easy for moving.

G: Air system--supporting the impetus for clamping device, feeding of lower drill-bit and float working table.

H: Collector deviceuse for receive and stock the glass.
