Quartz heater lamp are powerful, non-contact and fast heat-up lamps consists of a finely coiled tungsten filament encased in a high-purity quartz envelope.A halogen gas is filled to ensure constant infrared efficiency and promote long life of the emitter. Rated life for most HIT lamps is 5000 hours.Actual life will depend upon the application and environment and may be more or less than rated.
HIT quartz elements are effective in many industrial applications including preheating, curing, annealing, drying, thermoforming, baking, softening, food warming and outdoor/indoor space heating.
