Our Vertical ring-die efficient Pellet Mill model:VPM610 / 1610 has the following features:
- Die in many thickness and multiple die hole diameters ranging from Φ6mm to Φ12mm are optional in light of customer’s requirements, so as to achieve the best technical and economic benefits;
- Feeder by an advanced frequency-conversion motor, equipped with an overload protection device and a magnetic separating device as well;
- High capacity, low noise, convenient operation and maintenance.
- Stand-alone oil lubrication system is more effective in maintaining lubrication and protects bearings from premature wear
- Stainless steel pellet chamber resists corrosion and lasts longer in most pelleting operations
- Single motor is more efficient than dual motors; Single-motor V-belts driving system features ideal transmission, big driving torque and steady running;
