1.Steel ball mill is the key milling equipment after material has been crushed.
2.Used in cement, silicate, new construction material, refractory material, chemical fertilizer, ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal as well as ceramics.

Cement Ball Mill Working Principle:
1.The ball mill is horizontal cylindrical rotation device, driving by brim gearwheel
There are two chambers and grid material goes into the first chamber through the feeding inlet Inside the first chamber, there are stage lines and ripple liners as well as steel balls with various kinds.
2.The shell rotates which generates eccentricity.
1)Force brings ball to a certain height
2) Then balls with various drop down by gravity.
3)Material goes into the second chamber through segregate screen.
4)material is discharged through the discharging screen.
Ball Mill Structure Characteristics:
1.The ball mill is formed by feeding part, discharging part, rotation part and driving part
2.The central hollow shaft is cast steel, the inner liner can be changed, the rotation big gearwheel is made by cast hobbling processing.
